Welcome to Integrated Quality Management (IQM), an independent consulting service offering quality system design, assessment, education and management for the research industry, including corporate, academic and government organizations.  Founded by Catherine Bens, IQM offers a variety of services that are uniquely tailored to each organization and designed to assist organizations in meeting regulatory compliance, including the Good Laboratory Practices, and/or prepare for laboratory accreditation, such as ISO-17025. 

IQM specializes in meeting the needs of universities and small organizations, as well as those of organizations needing to meet multiple quality regulations and guidelines.  Catherine Bens has extensive experience working in both academic and government programs, often serving as a bridge between corporate need and the university environment to ensure regulatory compliance.  

Services include regulatory compliance (e.g. GLP) and/or accreditation preparedness (e.g., ISO 17025), quality assurance inspections, technical writing (SOPs, reports, manuals), and educational workshops in quality and ethics in science.  Using a value-added approach, services are designed to meet the unique quality objectives of each organization and to integrate easily into existing systems.
